A change to Split's email settings may have caused an issue for some customers when using approval flows or inviting users to a Split Organization. Starting Monday 4/13 at 11am PDT (UTC-7) through Tuesday 4/14 at 6:30pm PDT, invites and approval notifications, depending on email settings verifying DMARC records, may have been routed to spam folders. You may need to resend the invite or withdraw and resubmit a change to a split. Please contact Split Support if you have any questions.
